Definitely a five star experience! I was feeling very nervous, but all the team were absolute professionals and built up my trust and talked me through each step of the way as I had my lips and freckles tattooed. Everything was absolutely spotless and hygiene was obviously a high priority. I have had so many compliments and already planning my next treatment.. or treatments!

I had Sara perform a tattoo removal today, not only was she professional, she made me feel at ease with what was to come. Considering how nervous I was, I soon found out that there was no need for apprehension. The removal was quick, sightly uncomfortable but nothing I couldn't handle. I would highly recommend this treatment for removal to anyone, other places I had enquired about this treatment were way more costly and time-consuming. I feel so lucky I came across this place.

I’ve had my brows tattooed for around 10 years. Went to another salon for a touch up (Afghan brow) and they were an odd shape and far too dark. No improvement from here so decided they have to come off! Had the laser removal with Sara (who’s just lovely) I was a little nervous about the pain level but to my surprise way less painful than having the original brows done. It was over in minutes no scaring no scabbing. I will need to have a second session to remove the remaining orange tone due to how dark my brows were. But I fear not 🙂 as its a painless procedure and I’m happy not to have caterpillars on my face!
