The Booking Process Explained

To our valued customers, All OMB clients (new and existing) are required to pay a booking fee to secure their appointment. The booking fee can be deducted at the end of your service, or it can sit on your profile for your next appointment. You will receive a confirmation text 3 days before your appointment. For cancellations and rescheduling please refer to our company policy.

We Provide A First Class Service

STEP 1: CONSULTATION
We will conduct a consultation with you at the beginning of the appointment. We will discuss your beauty goals and expectations. A skin and health analysis will be performed to ensure we are selecting the best treatment that will give you long-lasting results.

STEP 2: BROW MAPPING & SHAPING
The shape is based on your bone structure, facial features and your personal beauty preference. We will map out your new tattoo using precise measurements and draw them in with makeup to give you a preview of the shape for your approval. Symmetry is checked using an advanced photo app. You will be able to give your artist feedback for small tweaks and changes.

STEP 3: COLOUR SELECTION
Colour will be chosen to compliment your skin tone and natural hair colour. A sample of the colour will be shown against your skin for approval.

STEP 4: TATTOO OUTLINE
Once you find the shape you love, we will tattoo the frame of the shape over the pre-draw without numbing to secure the shape. This part is very minimal in pain and feels like a scratch.

STEP 5: NUMBING
Once the outline is completed, we will numb you with a high-strength topical anaesthetic to provide you with the best experience.

STEP 6: TATTOO COMPLETION
We will then continue the procedure and tattoo the shading.

STEP 7: APPROVAL PROCESS
Once the tattoo is complete, your artist will let you thoroughly examine the work. Any last-minute changes can be done now and BEFORE the needles are disposed of.

STEP 8: AFTERCARE ADVICE
We will go over all the important information with you after the appointment such as: what the healing process will look like, how to take care of your brows during the healing process, how to maintain your brows and how often to come back.

STEP 9: PRE-BOOK YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT & CHECKOUT
Every new tattoo requires two sessions to complete, if this is your first session we will assist you in pre-booking your first touch-up.
